Andrew, Temple Real Estate Development founder, has been involved in the business of Real Estate from an early age and now directs his new company with a dedicated vision. Currently he manages new project acquisition and development for Temple and in addition to new project acquisitions, Andrew oversees Temple's property portfolio, which contains over 200 Addresses. He is involved in all aspects of the company's development, from deal evaluation, analysis and pre-development planning to construction, marketing, and administrative operations.

John is responsible for the day to day operations of our new construction sites. New Apartment Building Construction and staff Development. Muti-Site Operations and Daily on site inspections, Managment and Supply Chain Management. John oversees all construction staff but is always willing to get his hands dirty and pass on his vast knowledge of the construction industry.  John is involved in every aspect of project development and seeing it though with unmatched dedication.  Now celebrating his 5th year with Temple John continues to surpass expectations bringing an unwavering level of excitement and dedication to every project.

OFFICE MANAGER

Justin came to us with an extensive network of connections from coast to coast and now quickly earning a prominent reputation within the local real estate industry. Justin manages all Pre-Development Planning and Pre-Construction for Temple including Supply Chain Managment and Supplier Relationship Management.  Justin also handles a variety of office operations including Calander, scheduling, Tenant Maintenace Resolutions. Payroll, Invoicing, Payment systems, construction staff hiring, property scheduling and viewings and new tenant onboarding.
